GCSE Citizenship Students Hosting Their Easter Egg Raffle
GCSE Citizenship students held an Easter Egg Raffle for Staff and Students, raising funds for the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC). They raised an impressive £65 in just half an hour!
The Students's project was to raise awareness of the DEC, they did this by hosting a visual information stand and by verbally explaining to everyone who bought a raffle ticket.
The group comprised of several Ukrainian students who were able to share personal stories of how the DEC has helped friends and relatives in their hometowns during the ongoing conflict.
