Sarah, who studied Criminology and Sport alongside DiSE whilst at Hereford Sixth Form College says, "I thoroughly enjoyed the DiSE program at Hereford Sixth Form College, as it gave me the opportunity to understand what it takes to become an elite-level athlete. The skills I have gained allow me to train and play professionally for Harlequins women, as well as balance studying Bioscience at Surrey University. I cannot thank the staff at Hereford Sixth College for making this possible for me and bettering me not only as an athlete but as a person."
Physical wellbeing manager and women's rugby academy coach, Ben Parfitt states, "It is mind boggling seeing Sarah Parry link up with World Player of the Year Ellie Killdunne on the weekend to Score for Harlequins. I am so proud of all of the girls who have been through our Rugby Academy and it's really special to see them developing as individuals as well as athletes, be it in the premiership or at their local clubs."
To echo Ben's words, we at Hereford Sixth Form College are so incredibly proud of our previous student's successes and can't wait to see what they accomplish next!
