Why are some people more aggressive than others? How can we explain prejudice and discrimination? What causes differences in male and female behaviour. Why do some people conform to group pressure?
If you are interested in the answers to these questions, Psychology is the subject for you.

The main topics include:

  • Non-verbal communication such as body language, eye contact and facial expression.
  • The development of personality such as introversion, extroversion and neuroticism.

Some of the topics have practical applications, such as ways of improving memory and how therapies are used to treat unwanted behaviour.
